Auroville and local youth are being trained in the Y-PEER methodology by the Auroville Peer Education Network (APEN) that enables them to help their peers deal with the challenges of life here.

Dr. Alok Pandey from the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Pondicherry, has been involved in treating people from Auroville who are experiencing mental problems.

Auroville Health Services (AVHS), a team of eight members, is a non-profit service in the area of public health and health care for seniors.
