News and Notes suspended

For some time the weekly community news bulletin, News and Notes, has not been published as the editors are busy trying to create a sustainable basis for the work. In the interim, the Auronet administrators have put out a weekly news summary of some of the messages published on Auronet and on email mass bulletins.
